TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. A booking fee of 200 AED is required to guarantee your appointment.
2. Your booking confirmation will be confirmed once we received your payment.
3. STRICTLY NO taking of photos or behind the scenes during the photoshoot and viewing of your photos under the Starting Package.
4. Booking fee are non-refundable but will be converted into gift voucher which you can redeem within six months of cancelation.
5. Chaz Studio reserves the right to revise, modify or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.
6. Any additional theme/s or set-up/s that will be prepared according to the client's request will be charged accordingly and should be paid during the booking process.
7. Only you and your immediate family are allowed on the photoshoot, any extended family will be charged 250AED per person. (Immediate family includes your partner & kid/s ONLY)
8. If you wish to use our standard packages, please let us know when booking so we can extend the session time accordingly.
9. REMEMBER NOT TO BE LATE in your session. If you're late for 20 mins, we have to re-schedule you as other clients booked before and after your booked time slot. You won't enjoy the experience in less than 40 mins. You might need to freshen up once you're at the studio, so being on time is necessary.
10. NO Refund for NO SHOW and 50% of your booking FEE will be deducted and the other 50% will be converted into gift voucher which will be sent to you via WhatsApp or Email.
11. Viewings can only be done at the studio after your session. After the photoshoot, you just need to wait 5-10 minutes for the photographer to copy, save and prepare your photos for viewing. You can take your time to relax, grab a drink and snack and freshen up.
12. Once you've done your viewing and you already selected your photo/s, we will then send your images to the editor and it will take 1-two weeks for us to professionally edit them. Once ready, we will send them to you via our One Drive Gallery. Instructions on how to download your photos and save them will be sent to you along with the link. If you have any trouble or you need help, you can just message us.
13. Promo Codes do not apply to the A La Carte over all payment.
14. Gift Certificates can not be combined with the Starting Package.

All you need to know before booking...
At Chaz Studio, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. We want to assure you that we are fully vaccinated, and we strictly observe safety and precautionary measures at all times.
We understand that preparing for a photo shoot with kids can be challenging, especially for first-time moms. To ensure that we capture the best possible images, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your session. Please be mindful that there are other clients who have booked before or after you, and we want to respect everyone's time. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. We may not be able to complete all themes, but we will make sure to capture some family photos, as they are a must!
If you have booked a Newborn shoot or any other category, we recommend focusing on that specific session. We discourage bringing additional people to the shoot unless it is a Family Session. However, we understand that grandparents may be visiting, and it's always lovely to have family photos with the baby. If you plan to bring extra people, please let us know so we can adjust accordingly. Each session is booked according to your package and session type, and there will be an additional charge for extra individuals at the studio, aside from parents and siblings of the baby/toddler.
After the photo session, we will send you the photos within 24-48 hours. Final images will take 1-2 weeks once orders are placed. Prints and albums may take 2-3 weeks upon approval of photos/layouts, while videos may take up to 1-2 weeks.
We will provide you with further instructions and advice once your booking has been confirmed. We appreciate your trust in Chaz Studio, and we promise to make your session an amazing experience. CHAZ would be thrilled to have you!
