How does it work?
- Upon deciding to book with us, we will schedule a pre-consultation call to discuss your preferred type of photoshoot and to provide a comprehensive overview of what to expect from your photographer
- We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to prepare for the shoot, as well as guide you on how to pose and present yourself for your photoshoot to achieve outstanding results.
- Chaz or one of our representatives will offer you a complimentary consultation a few days before the scheduled shoot. During this consultation, we can address any queries or concerns you may have and ensure that you are fully prepared for the photoshoot.
- In addition, you can request us to prepare the photos for viewing if you plan on purchasing more photos.
- We will schedule a viewing session a few days after the photo shoot, during which one of our representatives will assist you in selecting your favorite photos.
- Full payment will be required to commence the editing process.
- You can expect to receive all your edited photos within 7-14 days.
- If you have any inquiries or concerns, feel free to contact us at any time.
- We will provide regular updates regarding the progress of your order.
Preparation Guide

- We can provide some wardrobes and help you with styling.
- Accessories and props:
- Select accessories that complement your outfits and enhance the overall look.
- Consider bringing items that are significant or represent your interests and hobbies.
- Accessories such as hats, scarves, or statement jewelry can add visual interest and personality to your photos.
- If you have specific props, let us know beforehand to ensure they align with the overall concept and vision.
- Grooming and personal care:
- Prioritize personal grooming, including haircuts, trims, and any desired treatments, a few days before the shoot.
- Make sure your nails are well-groomed and clean, as they might be visible in some shots.
- Consider professional makeup and hairstyling to enhance your features and create a polished look, especially for corporate and boudoir sessions. However, keep in mind that a natural and authentic look is often preferred for portraits.
- Communication with your photographer:
- Discuss with us your ideas, preferences, and desired outcomes beforehand. We can provide valuable guidance and suggestions regarding wardrobe and styling choices based on the intended theme and location of the shoot.
- Share any inspiration or mood boards you may have gathered to align your vision with our expertise.
- Drink plenty of water to be hydrated all the time.
- Consistently use lotions throughout your body for the next few days before your photo shoots for glowing and shiny skin.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
For the Gift Certificate
1. Strictly NO taking of photos or behind the scene during the photoshoot and the viewing of your photos.
2. The voucher cannot be exchanged in cash.
3. Chaz Studio reserves the right to revise, modify or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.
4. The voucher cannot be used for any themed or creative shots unless agreed upon during the pre-consultation call. Any themes or
set-ups that will be prepared according to the client's request will be charged accordingly and should be paid during the booking process.
5. Only you are allowed for the photoshoot, and a partner or a friend will be charged 250AED per person.
6. If you wish to use our standard packages, please let us know when booking so we can extend the session time accordingly.
7. REMEMBER NOT TO BE LATE in your session. If you're late for 20 mins, we have to re-schedule you as other clients booked before and after your booked time slot. You won't enjoy the experience in less than 40 mins. You might need to freshen up once you're at the studio, so being on time is necessary.
8. NO SHOW will forfeit your voucher.
9. Viewings can only be done at the studio after your session.
10. Free photos on the frame will be available after 3-4 weeks, or we will give you the collection schedule. We send photos for printing in bulk since these are free photos on frame.
11. Additional edited soft copy photos will be ready between 7-14 days. If you still need to, we will constantly update you if you can receive them earlier or later than the scheduled date.
12. Promo Codes do not apply to the A La Carte final total.
13. Gift Certificates can not be combined with the Packages.
